This cold water therapy tub is designed to maintain the water temperature. The recommended temperature for cold water immersion is between 11 and 15°C.
Comes with a protective lid to keep the water free from bugs and debris when it’s not in use, to ensure a fresh, cold water plunge every time.
No plumbing is required, this recovery pod can be filled and drained with a garden hose. The amount of ice you will need to add is dependent on your cold tap water temperature, the temperature you require, and where you live.

Designed to be lightweight and portable, remove the supporting legs for assembly and disassembly, so you can literally take it anywhere.
