Shipping

Our standard shipping takes between 3 and 5 days but at particularly busy times of year it may take longer.

We'd recommend ordering as early as possible and we will ensure that all orders are packed and ready to be shipped as quickly as we possibly can.

We work with several other companies who provide printing and product shipping services so your order may arrive in more than one package.

We deliver to all parts of the UK and to the Channel Islands and The Isle of Man.

We will send tracking information to the email address you supplied at the checkout when your order is despatched.

Returns

We want you to be happy with any product you buy from Scope but if you change your mind please send it securely, in a re-saleable condition, stating your order number or full name and postcode to:

If you believe that your item is faulty or damaged please contact us at onlineinfo@scope.org.uk. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will refund delivery charges in full once we have received the returned item.
