ROCKBROS HJ 1008 Bicycle Rear Pannier Rack Quick Release Carrier with Fender and Reflector Black

New item. The internal packaging has been partly opened and instructions are missing, but all contents are present and unused.

EASY TO INSTALL: Adjustable clamps mounting on the seat post can be installed or removed easily. Fits most bikes including mountain bikes and road bikes (please note: does not fit rear suspension bikes). This luggage carrier is suitable for seat posts with a diameter less than 32mm.
PROTECTION: Rear red reflector for visibility when cycling at night. Also includes an elastic bungee cord to stretch around your carrier bag or gears for extra security when riding on rougher surfaces.
FENDER: Attaches under seat to provide more protection for your bag or panniers in rainy or mud.
DURABLE: The rack is made with high strength aluminium alloy material, coupled with stainless steel screws to help you ride freely in wet or humid conditions.
FUNCTIONAL: Upgraded loading system can support up to 50kg / 110lbs. Four strong legs allow it to carry more weight.

Please take note that because of manual measurement, there may be a slight difference of 1-2 cm.
