Non-stick: Compared to coated frying pans, the surface of this carbon steel wok has been pre-treated with nitrogen at over 1000F, which makes it non-stick, non-rusting, easy to clean, and scratch-resistant.
Even heating: Responds quickly to heat regulation, and its special design locks the juices and flavours in the ingredients inside the wok. Due to the greater curvature and higher walls of the wok, heat is less likely to be concentrated on the flat bottom and is better distributed upwards.
Detachable Handle: The handle is detachable with no tools required, convenient for oven use and easy storage. The hanging ring on handle is designed for hanging storage, easy to dry, saving kitchen space.
