- Do not heat solid oils, such as lard, palm oil, etc. If the solid oil is heated, it takes time to slowly melt the solid oil, but the machine has been heating up and the temperature control probe does not detect it, resulting in excessively high temperature, which will be very dangerous.
- The oil in the pot cannot be less than the minimum baseline. there is a baseline for the least amount of oil in the machine. if too little oil is poured in, the temperature control probe will not be able to detect it.
- When you finish using the machine, because the heating tube still has residual temperature, the temperature may continue to rise, even more than 200°C, please don't worry，this is normal.
